fix API support for big endian machines
...
Previously the allowed IP addresses were stored in little
endian representation and caused mismatch when run on big
endian machines.
Allowed IPs and netmasks are now kept in network byte
order and converted to little endian for matching
connecting client IP with allowed ones.
