4a7a4ff developer-notes: add reference to snake_case and PascalCase (Marko Bencun)

Pull request description:

  CamelCase is ambiguous as it refers to both lowerCamelCase and
  UpperCamelCase, whereas PascalCase is only UpperCamelCase.
