fixing some UI issues

- overlaying issue of tox and bitmessage fields
- hovering 'retransmit' and 'reply' links at indented replies

- made the requestRepliesAfter function recursive
- displayed replies indented (something like #153 )
- changed maxExpandPost value to 8
- added conversation modal to show all post in a conversation...
- added Symbola.ttf for possible missing unicode symboles..

starts with screenname as default, as dhtget suceeds it will be replaced with fullname.
