11bbbd36e2 multiple paralel peek piece operations per torrent not currently supported. 
return invalid handle ("busy, try again" for peekpost RPC) for subsequent requests,
until current operation completes and torrent is freed.

1. correct:

2. the ' at end is irritating:

This is needed for Docker >=1.9 because the bridge IP is not necessarily
172.17.42.1 anymore. (See https://github.com/docker/docker/issues/17305
for reference.)
