Rename App Bundle "Bitcoin-Qt.app" instead of "Bitcoin Qt" for
consistency with Windows/Linux.
Update create_osx_dmg.sh script to use macdeployqt tool.
Add ifdef STATIC to makefile.osx to build bitcoind static or dynamic.
