Note that in xcode4 beta builds /Developer would be replaced with /Xcode4.
Also note the optimizations may be redundant, but it's good to know they are there.
Fast-Math should be yanked if it seems to cause any problems, but so far seems good.

publish libjpeg.a into src/lib/<platform>/release
