A different DPI setting might make the elements in the dialogue big enough to make the scrollbars appear, but not big enough to make them useful. So, never show them.
qBittorrent - A BitTorrent client in Qt

Installation:
For installation, follow the instructions from INSTALL file, but simple:
./configure
make && make install
qbittorrent
will install and execute qBittorrent hopefully without any problem.
