Remove compiler warning flags
Apperently nobody care about those warnings so just remove them and let
other more important warnings stand out.

Comment out Werror flag in cmake script
Werror flag should be only enabled on developer's machine, not for
users using the product.
Also fix formatting.

Make it build when using Clang under CMake
The pair Clang/qmake builds.
CMake compiler settings are more strict and it causes clang build to fail.
