Fix aboutToQuit signal is not emitted on Windows.

In some cases QApplication::aboutToQuit() and
QApplication::commitDataRequest() signals not emitted on
Windows. This happened when qBittorrent is started with both "Show
minimized" and "Minimize to system tray" enabled.
