Released so you don't have to spend a day messing around with scripts just in include Boost!

* 1.64 built with *gcc* for armeabi armeabi-v7a, x86 using [that](https://rubentorresbonet.wordpress.com/2014/08/22/cross-compiling-boost-1-56-for-android-arm-and-intel-on-windows-with-ndk-r9d-and-gcc-4-8/) manual.
* built with Android NDK r14b using android-19 platform.
